Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant 12 month fixed term contract
We’re looking for a capable, hands-on marketer to support the day-to-day delivery of Answer Digital’s marketing activity.
This role sits within the marketing team and works to an agreed marketing strategy and plan. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality marketing output that supports business growth, brand credibility and sales enablement.
You’ll work closely with the sales and senior leadership team, taking ownership of delivery across digital, content, events and sales support. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys producing polished work, operating at pace and maintaining high standards.
What you’ll be doing
This role is central to keeping marketing activity consistent, professional and aligned to strategy.
Website and digital
Making regular website updates using Sanity CMS (essential experience with Sanity is required)
Creating and publishing blogs, case studies and thought leadership content with support from the wider team
Producing planned and reactive social content for LinkedIn
Content & brand collateral
Creating new decks, documents, charts and graphics for tenders, proposals and events
Drafting and submitting award entries
Creating internal campaign materials and visual assets
Ensuring brand consistency across all output
Events & external profile
Supporting the planning and coordination of events
Managing speaker opportunities and associated promotion
Supporting video filming, photography and content capture
Producing promotional materials for events and campaigns
Sales & bid support
Producing high-quality, on-brand supporting materials for proposals and bids
Responding quickly to ad hoc content and design requests
Maintaining template decks and reusable assets
What you’ll bring to Answer
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have a creative eye but can operate confidently within established brand guidelines

Can critique and improve your own output before it’s shared
Are organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Enjoy working collaboratively with technical teams and subject matter experts
Understand the importance of professionalism in regulated sectors
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable
balancing structured, planned activity with reactive marketing needs.
We’d ideally like someone who’s got:
Proven experience using Sanity CMS (essential)
Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma (essential)
Experience with graphic design and video editing (essential)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive)
Experience updating websites independently
Experience producing social media content (planned and reactive)
Experience designing professional decks and marketing materials
Ability to follow structured templates and brand guidelines
A basic understanding of SEO principles and how content structure supports search performance.
