The Answer Academy

Our 12-week Academy programmes are designed to give career changers, graduates and returners the tools and support they need to get into tech.

You'll be set up for success, with a salary and full time employment from Day 1.

  • No you do not need to pay for the Academy. This learning programme is to fast track our Academite employees to become project ready.

    However, if successful review your Contract as there is a sliding scale cost payable if you leave the business within 2 years of your start date.

  • Yes please do, be prepared to demonstrate a keen interest in Tech though.

    This can be from a Bootcamp, Self Taught or a University Degree.

  • Yes you do, from Day 1 you are paid employee of Answer Digital.

  • A large part of the academy involves face to face coaching, in-person workshops and sessions that require the team to be together at our Leeds HQ. Whilst we do not offer full remote-working throughout the Academy, there will be opportunities to work remotely or from home to accommodate your personal commitments and allow for focused study time.

  • Upon graduating you will be assigned a ‘Career Guide’. You will meet up regularly with your Guide, and they will support you to achieve your objectives and fulfil your full potential. They will also coach you in the run up to opportunities for promotion and guide your overall development journey here at Answer.

    Our Academy graduates often progress at pace after completing this programme. We have seen fantastic examples of graduates progressing from ‘Graduate’ to Lead and Principal Consultant roles.
