Why did you choose Answer?

I chose Answer because of the glowing reference I got from another staff member who works here (and still does!) I observed the values being lived out through that person's experience and I have seen them lived out since I joined in 2022.

What did you enjoy learning?

I enjoyed learning about the different tools and techniques available, and the workshop style teaching suited me as it gave me an opportunity to get stuck in to practical examples.

How did it contribute to your career?

The academy provided me with a safe environment to make a career change, learn about a new topic from experts, all whilst building great relationships with likeminded individuals on a similar journey.
